The ETHICS of our institution are expressed in  few words which are self illuminating, the institution work on the visualization that “We may never have the opportunity to do great things In a great way but we all have the chance to do small things In a great way.” The changing scenario of education has enhanced the Importance and responsibility of schools to educate the students such that It  gives direction and perspective to their thoughts.
According to Swami Vivekananda, “ We want that education by which character is formed ,strength of mind is increased, the Intellect is expanded and by which one can stand on one’s own feet.”

G.T.B high school managing committee Malout has started its sincere effort under the chairmanship of the most reverent Late Dr. Pritpal Singh ji and  its dedicated member in the year 1973.
From the Very beginning G.T.B. Khalsa Public Sen. Sec. School had idea and interest  to create and believe in the philosophy of student centered learning and teaching methodology ,, •  The school provides all possible avenues to the students for having rich learning experience  by providing them active learning environment..The wide array of infrastructure facilities in the school has enabled it to cultivate creativity and insight in the students.

G.T.B.PUBLIC SEN. SEC. SCHOOL is located in the heart of the town Malout. The school is located in pollution free lush green campus of more than 4.5 acres , which incorporates TWO well designed buildings, one for  KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY students and other for SENIOR AND SENIOR SECONDARY STUDENTS with two PLAYGROUNDS AND WITH ALL THE REQUISITES OF GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE.  The school has well equipped labs for practical knowledge , so that students do not finish up as bookworms. The whole education system is ACTIVITY BASED.
